Stating that the US must be cautious on this matter, Medvedev said, "The team of US President Donald Trump is quite tense due to the situation in Israel. There is a possibility that this conflict in the Middle East could turn into the global conflict that Trump constantly mentions."
Medvedev stated that the US, Israel, and Iran must make efforts to resolve this situation, reiterating his expression that, "Israel, along with Iran, must also abandon its own nuclear program."
