Pezeshkian made a statement regarding his meeting with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in New Delhi, the capital of India, where he traveled for the 18th BRICS Leaders Summit.
Stating that they had a good discussion with the Crown Prince regarding current developments, Pezeshkian said, "We have agreed with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi to leave the past behind and look to the future, and to reach a common understanding on how we can build the future through cooperation."
Pezeshkian and the Crown Prince had met in New Delhi.
During the meeting, where regional and international issues were discussed, it was emphasized that efforts to reduce tension in the region and ensure stability should be supported.
