Negotiation crisis in nuclear talks between Iran and the US: Pezeshkian sent a letter to Trump

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced on March 27 that an official response had been delivered via Oman to the letter Trump sent to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Araghchi stated that the response contained two documents, which included Iran's perspective on global developments and responses to Trump's proposals.

In a statement made via social media on March 7, Trump had announced that he had conveyed a proposal for negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program to Khamenei. Khamenei had rejected this proposal, arguing that Washington only looks out for its own interests.
