Netherlands warns its citizens: 'Do not travel'

In a written statement issued by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was announced that Iran and some of its allies launched an attack on Israel with missiles and drones yesterday, and therefore, the possibility of further attacks cannot be ruled out.

"DO NOT GO THERE"

Stating that the security situation in Israel is uncertain and could deteriorate further, the statement used the phrase, "Do not travel to Israel. Regardless of your situation, do not go there."

It is recommended not to make non-essential travel to countries with an orange travel advisory, and not to travel at all to countries with a red advisory.

Two days ago, the Ministry had reported that the travel advisory for regions of Israel outside the Israel-Gaza border and Israel's borders with Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria—which were already red—was orange, but had advised that even despite the orange code, urgent travel to Israel should be postponed due to the "current situation."
