In an email linked to a photo sent by Epstein, he is seen describing this dinner with the word “wild.” This detail in the documents has received extensive coverage in the international press.

According to the email records, this event, which was previously mentioned by Vanity Fair magazine in 2019, was organized by LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman in honor of neuroscientist Ed Boyden, who works at MIT. It is reported that the dinner took place in the city of Palo Alto, California.

Correspondence in the file also indicates that Epstein spent time with Musk, Zuckerberg, Thiel, and Hoffman on the same day. Experts emphasize that such documents and images do not constitute legal evidence on their own, but merely show the social and professional contacts of the period.

STATEMENTS CAME ONE AFTER ANOTHER

Following the emergence of these documents, a statement from the Meta camp indicated that Mark Zuckerberg’s contact with Epstein was limited only to this dinner and that no communication was established afterward. Elon Musk had also previously stated in his remarks that he had only one face-to-face meeting with Epstein, that he had no connection with him, and that he did not attend events held on Epstein’s island. No current assessment regarding the matter has been shared by Peter Thiel.
