New threat from Trump to Hamas: They must return the bodies quickly
US President Donald Trump stated, "Hamas must quickly return the bodies of the hostages, including 2 US citizens. Otherwise, other countries involved in the peace process will take action. We will see what they do in the next 48 hours."
US President Donald Trump has made new statements regarding the ongoing ceasefire process between Israel and Hamas. Regarding the exchange of hostages between the parties as part of the peace plan aimed at achieving lasting peace in the Gaza Strip, Trump said, "Hamas must begin to quickly return the bodies of the hostages, including 2 US citizens, otherwise other countries involved in this great peace process will take action."
Trump said, "Some bodies are difficult to reach, but they could return some of them right now, and for some reason, they are not doing so. Perhaps it is related to disarmament processes. However, when I said, ‘Both sides will be treated fairly,’ that only applies if they fulfill their obligations. We will see what they do in the next 48 hours. I am watching this situation very closely."
