New victims emerge: 2 more sexual assault lawsuits filed against rapper Diddy

In the US, two more separate lawsuits have been filed against rapper Sean Combs, known by the monikers 'Diddy' and 'Puff Daddy', over accusations of sexually assaulting two women.

Combs was taken into custody on September 16, 2024, on charges of 'sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, false imprisonment, arson, drug possession, bribery, and obstruction of justice'.

According to reports in the US media, one of the lawsuits filed against Combs in a New York state court alleged that the rapper drugged and assaulted a woman at a party held at a New York bar in the 1990s, and forced her to have sexual relations with multiple people.

Another plaintiff claimed that Combs sexually assaulted her and forced her to have sexual relations with others at the Trump Hotel in midtown Manhattan, where he had taken her against her will.

ALLEGATIONS AGAINST DIDDY

In the 14-page indictment shared with the public by the court, it was stated that Combs mostly hosted parties called 'Freak Offs' at his homes, which sometimes lasted for days and were usually recorded, and that he forced the people he compelled to attend these parties to engage in sexual relations.

The indictment, which stated that Combs resorted to methods such as 'using his influence to threaten to control their careers, and inflicting economic, psychological, verbal, and physical violence', also noted that drugs were seized during searches conducted at the famous rapper's homes.

The American rapper's trials will begin on May 5. If found guilty, Combs could face a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison.

Within the scope of the charges directed at Combs, Jay Z was also accused of sexual assault. Jay Z, in 2000, will be tried for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl together with Combs.
