North Korea's take on the Quad Summit:

According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), a statement from the North Korean Foreign Ministry emphasized that the Quad Summit held on September 21 is a product of the US Cold War mentality and its policy of international confrontation. The Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated, "US policies are increasing tensions among countries in the region and leading to international instability."

Following the summit, the leaders of the US, Australia, Japan, and India condemned North Korea's missile and nuclear programs and reaffirmed their commitment to the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Furthermore, the leaders pledged to strengthen cooperation to enhance security in the region.

Following these statements, North Korea declared that it would stand against all "hostile acts" that harm its national sovereignty, using the phrase, "North Korea's security is under threat." The Foreign Ministry spokesperson emphasized that such actions are unacceptable and that the international community should not remain silent on this situation.

Finally, the North Korean administration warned that "if hostilities continue, they will not hesitate to respond." In this context, it announced that its nuclear programs would continue and that its national defense policies would be strengthened.
