Peace treaty negotiations between Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers begin in Berlin
The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia have come together in Berlin, the capital of Germany, for peace talks.
Azerbaijan and Armenia are holding talks within the framework of peace treaty negotiations, aimed at ending the conflicts that have continued following the operation launched by Azerbaijan to liberate Nagorno-Karabakh. The meeting aims to resolve border disputes and establish the necessary climate of peace for the economic development of the region.
Peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are continuing in Germany. According to a statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting between the delegations led by Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has begun at Villa Borsig, which is used as a guesthouse by the German Federal Foreign Office. The meeting is addressing the expected peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
THE LAST NEGOTIATION WAS HELD IN MOSCOW
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who met at the 60th Munich Security Conference held in Germany on February 17, had tasked their foreign ministers with continuing the peace treaty negotiations between the two countries. Aliyev and Pashinyan also decided that the border delimitation commissions should convene.
