Five people, including one child, lost their lives as a result of a collision between two private passenger planes in the Mexican state of Durango. State officials stated that the two private planes, one of which was taking off and the other landing, collided yesterday morning local time.
Authorities reported that the planes caught fire following the crash and that 5 people, including one child, died in the accident. It was noted that both aircraft were Cessna-brand light planes. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
