Polish Foreign Ministry: Our consulate building in Odessa damaged in Russian bombardment

In an attack launched by Russia on Ukrainian territory during thenight,the Polish consulate sustaineddamage.

Polish Ministry of ForeignAffairs Spokesperson Maciej Wewior stated,"Another night of Russian terror. As a result of the overnight bombardment,the Polish consulate in Odessa sustained damagedamaged.

Noneof our staffwere injured.We have greatrespect for our entireForeign Ministry teamserving in Ukraine.stating that they "hear the news" and that the Odessa Consulate will continue to provide services.

"Most of the destructionis to public and residential infrastructure."

In a statement regarding the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyystatedthat Russia attacked Ukraine throughout the night with nearly 300 drones, 18 ballisticmissiles, and 7 cruise missiles.stated that it caused damage. "The primary target of the attacks was once again our energy infrastructure, power plants, and substations. Unfortunately, the destruction mostlyaffected public and residential infrastructure," Zelensky stated, adding thatthese attacksdemonstrated once again that support for Ukraine must not be cut off.

Meanwhile, Russia'sovernightbombardmentIn the attacks, 4 people lost their lives and 6 people were injured.
