Protests in Iran grow, internet shut down: Public building set on fire

Demonstrations initially began with complaints about the economic crisis, inflation, and the high cost of living, and spilled onto the streets in more than 30 cities nationwide.

Starting primarily in the capital, Tehran, including Mashhad, Isfahan, Hamadan, Shiraz and agreat many citiesthere are largecrowds.

The Iranianadministration is responding to the proteststo suppressthe protests, the internet was shut down nationwideand communication was cut off.

Clashes between security forces and demonstratorshave erupted.clashes are occurring, and these acts of violence are steadily increasing.

The demonstrations, are not limited to economic demands and are expanding with anti-regime slogans and political demands.
