Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov also reported that 4 attacks were carried out against the city.
MESSAGE TO WESTERN COUNTRIES
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in a post on his social media account, "This Russian terror carried out via guided bombs must be stopped, and it can be stopped.
We need strong decisions from our partners so that we can stop Russian soldiers and Russian aircraft where they are," he said.
