Russia takes control of two more villages in Sumy and Donetsk
The Russian Armed Forces have recaptured two new settlements from Ukrainian forces in the Sumy Region and the Donetsk People's Republic. Large-scale air and missile strikes were carried out against the Ukrainian army, which suffered heavy losses in the clashes over the last 24 hours.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that as a result of military operations conducted over the last 24 hours, two settlements, one in the Sumy Region and the other in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), have been taken from enemy forces.
According to the ministry's statement, the 'Sever' (North) military group captured the village of Kondratovka in the Sumy Region as a result of active operations.
Additionally, units belonging to the 'Zapad' (West) military group cleared the village of Redkodub in the DPR of Ukrainian formations as a result of decisive actions.

As Russian forces continue to advance along the front, the Ukrainian army lost more than 1,475 soldiers, 3 tanks, and 17 armored combat vehicles as a result of the clashes in the last 24 hours.
As a result of group strikes carried out by warplanes, UAVs, and artillery-missile units against 133 targets in Ukraine, a German-made IRIS-T air defense missile system, a fuel production facility, UAV manufacturing workshops and warehouses, ammunition depots, and areas with high concentrations of Ukrainian soldiers and military equipment were destroyed.
Furthermore, 3 US-made HIMARS rockets and 109 UAVs were shot down and neutralized.
