Russian air strikes on Kyiv and Lviv! Poland on high alert...
Russia has launched air strikes on Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, and the western city of Lviv. In neighboring Poland, which borders the tourist city of Lviv, it was reported that fighter jets were placed on high alert to prevent potential airspace violations.
Russia has once again launched an attack on Ukraine. As sirens wailed, thousands of people took cover in shelters.
According to a report by NTV, air defense systems were activated in Kyiv. Eyewitnesses reported that numerous missiles were intercepted in the air.
The city of Lviv, which borders NATO territory, was also targeted. The Polish armed forces announced that fighter jets were placed on alert following strikes in areas near the border.
The attacks followed the terrorist act in Russia that left 133 people dead. Although the terrorist organization ISIS has claimed responsibility for the concert hall attack, Russian officials continue to blame Ukraine.
