The Russian army carried out a missile attack on Ukraine's city of Odesa at 11:00 local time.
Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper stated in a post on his social media account that 14 people lost their lives in the attack, which targeted residential areas, and that 46 people, including 7 personnel from the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, were injured.
It was reported that damage occurred to residential buildings, commercial structures, and parked vehicles.
