The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a total of 5 cargo ships, both docked in Ukraine and in transit, were targeted.
According to the statement from the ministry, 3 of the ships struck were located at the Port of Reni. It was stated that the other 2 ships were in transit to Odesa.
The statement also noted that two logistics centers in the Volyn region and the city of Khmelnytskyi were targeted. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that the ships and logistics centers in question were being used for military purposes.
