Russia's harsh response to US President

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, in a statement to the Russian state channel Rossiya-1, evaluated Biden's use of profanity directed at Russian President Putin during a campaign speech.

"SHAMEFUL"

Describing the remarks in question as "arrogant" and "shameful," Peskov said, "Such arrogant statements by the US President do not bother the president of another state, especially Putin, but this is shameful for the US. If the president of such a country uses this kind of language, it should be shameful. Biden is exhibiting Hollywood cowboy-style behavior for the sake of domestic political interests."

"USELESS GEEZER..."

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev also stated on his social media account, "Contrary to what the US President said, it is not the climate, but useless geezers like Biden, who are senile and want to start a war against Russia, that pose an existential threat."

STATEMENT ALSO CAME FROM PUTIN

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that US President Joe Biden's profanity-laden remarks directed at him were proof of why Moscow preferred Biden over Donald Trump as US president.

In his statement to the Russian state channel Rossiya-1, Putin evaluated Biden's use of profanity directed at him during a campaign speech "ironically."

Recalling that he had stated some time ago that he preferred Biden over Donald Trump as US president, Putin said with a smile, "I said we would work with any president, but I thought Biden was more preferable for Russia. Judging by what he said, I am absolutely right because this is a reaction consistent with my words."

Stating that he did not expect Biden to thank him, Putin said, "He cannot say to me, 'Well done Volodya, thank you for helping me.' We understand what is happening there in terms of domestic politics, and this is a completely appropriate reaction, meaning I was right."

HE HAD USED PROFANITY

According to a report by The Hill, US President Biden used profanity directed at Russian President Putin during a fundraising event he attended in San Francisco, California, as part of his election campaign.
