Major General Turki al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, announced that 6 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched by the Houthis in Yemen toward the eastern and southern regions of Saudi Arabia were intercepted.
Military tensions continue between the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen and the Saudi-led coalition forces supporting the internationally recognized Yemeni government.
Major General Turki al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, announced on his social media account that Saudi Arabia had been the target of new Houthi attacks.
Al-Maliki shared the information that 5 UAVs launched toward the country's eastern region and 1 UAV targeting the south were intercepted.
