Shocking outburst at US President Joe Biden: "How can you apologize for a genocide while there is a genocide in Palestine?"

United States (US) President Joe Biden was met with a protest during his speech in which he apologized for the US government's role in the assimilation of indigenous children over a period of approximately 150 years.

Biden's apology speech was interrupted by a person supporting Palestine. While Biden was apologizing for the US's role in the assimilation of indigenous children, he was met with the reaction, "What about the people in Gaza?" from a person supporting Palestine.

"HOW CAN YOU APOLOGIZE FOR A GENOCIDE?"

The Palestine supporter reacted to Biden by saying, "How can you apologize for a genocide while there is a genocide in Palestine? Free Palestine!" Biden responded to the protester by saying, "Many innocent people are being killed and this must stop."

President Biden had officially apologized on October 25 for the role of hundreds of boarding schools that, in a systematic effort to assimilate Native American children over approximately 150 years, stripped them of their languages and cultures.
