The claims are based on Netanyahu's absence from public view over the last few days, the increased security measures around his home, and the cancellation of visits to Israel by U.S. Middle East envoy Witkoff and Jared Kushner. It had also been alleged that Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Netanyahu's brother, Iddo Netanyahu, were killed in attacks, but that this information was being concealed.

The fact that Netanyahu appeared to have 6 fingers in the latest video he released led to speculation that the video was created using artificial intelligence.

In the footage that emerged, six fingers are visible in a frame where Netanyahu raises his hand while speaking. The error of "failing to correctly construct hand and finger anatomy," which is frequently encountered in videos generated by artificial intelligence, has raised serious doubts about the authenticity of the video.
