Sounds of bombs in Beirut: Lebanese are fleeing the region

Violent explosions have occurred in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, following evacuation notices issued by the Israeli military.

Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee had announced in a statement on his social media account that the army would target the Al-Qard Al-Hassan (interest-free solidarity) institutions, alleging that they finance Hezbollah's activities against Israel.

FIRE ALSO BROKE OUT IN ISRAEL

According to a report by Yedioth Ahronoth, a large fire started in the city of Hadera after missiles were intercepted against rockets launched from Lebanon.

A large fire also broke out in the settlement of Shlomi in Western Galilee as a result of falling missiles. 13 firefighting teams are continuing their efforts to bring the fire in Shlomi under control. In a statement made by Hezbollah, it was announced that two military bases in northern Israel were targeted with missiles.

The Israeli army, which has been engaged in controlled clashes with Hezbollah since October 8, 2023, carried out hundreds of airstrikes on September 23 on the southern cities of Lebanon as well as the Bekaa and Baalbek regions.
