Striking claim about former prime minister

Presenter Tucker Carlson said that former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, a staunch supporter of Ukraine's defense against the Russian invasion, asked for 1 million dollars to give an interview on the subject.

Carlson spoke for the first time following his controversial interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin and denied supporting the authoritarian Russian regime.

Stating that an advisor got back to him, Carlson learned that former Prime Minister Johnson wanted one million dollars to give an interview.

Boris Johnson is demanding exactly one million US dollars, gold, or bitcoin to explain his stance on Ukraine to the journalist.

Regarding this demand, Carlson said, "I just interviewed Vladimir Putin. I'm not defending Putin, but he didn't ask me for a million dollars!"
