Striking claim from US press: Russia is behind Iran's precise attacks

The Washington Post report notes that it is noteworthy that Iran has managed to bypass US air defense systems in some attacks to target radar stations and command centers. Experts suggested that Russia's advanced satellite and intelligence capabilities could be behind these attacks.

According to sources close to intelligence units, Iran is benefiting from some intelligence data that Russia obtained, particularly during the war in Ukraine. It is alleged that this data is being used to identify US military targets.

The report also claims that Russia has provided Iran with information regarding the locations of American warships and military aircraft.

Some experts who spoke to the Washington Post evaluated this support from Moscow as a move against the military and intelligence support the US provides to Ukraine.

According to experts, Russia is trying to send an indirect message to the US through Iran in retaliation for the intelligence support Washington provides to the Kyiv administration, which has led to Russian targets being struck.
