US President Donald Trump stated that he has no information regarding reports that Iran has suspended negotiations with the US. Trump noted that he has not received any information from Iran on this matter, but added that if it were true, it would not be a problem.
Trump said, "To tell you the truth, I think we were talking too much. I think staying quiet is very good, and this situation could continue for a long time. This does not mean we are going to go over there and start dropping bombs. We will just stay quiet and keep the blockade going. The blockade is a wall of steel."
When asked if he could wait for Iran, Trump replied, "I think I can wait as long as they want. They are losing a fortune."
Iran has stopped message exchanges
The Iranian press had announced that Iran had stopped exchanging messages with the US due to Israel's attacks in Lebanon. In the report, which cited an unnamed Iranian source, it was stated that there would be no "dialogue" until Iran's demands for an immediate end to Israeli attacks in Gaza and Lebanon were met.
