Trump issues nuclear warning to China and Russia

Noting that in addition to the U.S., Russia and China also possess large stockpiles of weapons, Vance stated that countries occasionally conduct certain operations to ensure that the weapons in their possession are functioning correctly.

The U.S. Vice President used the following expressions: "Sometimes you have to conduct some tests to make sure these weapons are working properly. We are working very closely even with some countries with whom our relations are not very good to limit the proliferation of nuclear weapons. The President will continue to work on this, but ensuring that this nuclear arsenal we possess is working properly is also an important part of American national security."

Vance argued that it is normal to conduct certain tests regularly to ensure that the weapons in question are working properly.

TRUMP'S INSTRUCTION TO BEGIN "NUCLEAR WEAPONS TESTING"

U.S. President Donald Trump announced in a statement yesterday that he had instructed the Department of Defense (Pentagon) to "immediately" begin nuclear weapons testing.

In a post on his social media account, Trump stated, "Due to the test programs of other countries, I have instructed the Department of Defense to begin testing our nuclear weapons. This process will begin immediately."

Emphasizing that the U.S. "has more nuclear weapons than other countries," Trump noted that this was achieved during his first term.

Warning that the U.S. is being caught up by Russia and China in an arms race, Trump assessed, "I hated obtaining it because of the (nuclear) weapon's immense destructive power, but I had no other choice. Russia is in second place, and China is a distant third, but they will be equal within 5 years."
