US President Donald Trump reacted to the Houthis, who have increased their attacks on Saudi Arabia. Speaking to reporters as he left the White House for a campaign rally in Ohio, Trump described the developments as a situation that is "not good."
In response to a question about the Houthis, Trump said, "The Houthis are doing the wrong things, and very wrong at that. This is not good at all."
When asked if he saw a connection between the recent increase in Houthi attacks and the US midterm congressional elections, Trump said he was not factoring in the elections.
Trump stated, "I don't know how this will affect the elections. I'm not taking that into account. All I know is that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, and that is now a reality. They will never have a nuclear weapon. However, the Houthis are behaving wrongly."
