US President Donald Trump argued that Tehran is "not in good shape" in his statements regarding the Iran agenda. Responding to questions from members of the press while accompanied by representatives of technology and artificial intelligence companies in the White House garden, Trump claimed that Iran would eventually make concessions.
When asked whether Iran was about to give in or make concessions, Trump replied, "I don't know if they're going to give in yet, but they will eventually give in. But they are in very bad shape."
In the same remarks, the US President also answered questions regarding North Korea. When asked why Washington did not react more harshly to North Korea possessing nuclear weapons, Trump said, "You know why? Because someone else was president then, and they could have stopped it."
Touching upon his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, Trump said they are "good friends." Trump stated, "I'm about the only one he likes, and I like him."
Trump also made an assessment regarding oil transit through the Strait of Hormuz. Noting that they have ensured a high volume of oil transit through the strait recently, Trump said, "You know, in the last few days, we've taken more oil out of the Strait of Hormuz than at any time in history."
