US President Donald Trump answered questions from members of the press as he left the White House before a rally to be held in the state of Texas.
Trump was asked for his views on the "decision to strengthen preparedness against threats, military integration, and collective capacity by taking the necessary measures for the rapid deployment of agreed-upon military forces and capabilities to Saudi Arabia," which was taken within the scope of the Mecca Alliance established between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan following the attacks by the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen on Saudi Arabia.
Stating that he welcomes the stance of Turkey and Pakistan to support Saudi Arabia, Trump said, "I think they want to help Saudi Arabia, and I think that's a great thing."
