Two conditions from the US and Israel to approve Turkey's role in Syria: What will Ahmed al-Shara say?

Turkey's efforts to increase its effectiveness in Syria have been tied to specific conditions by the US and Israel. According to reports from the foreign press, the two countries will accept Ankara's role in the reconstruction of Syria based on two fundamental conditions. The first of these conditions is stated as Turkey softening its criticism of Israel's policies toward Palestine. Secondly, the US and Israel have stipulated that the YPG/PKK must not be targeted by Turkey in Syria.
Turkey plans to take an active role in the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed in northern Syria. Hundreds of Turkish trucks carrying food, medicine, and construction materials reach the Syrian border every day. These projects could provide Turkey with economic gains and increasing influence in the region.
According to a report by Bloomberg, the conditions set by the US and Israel could redefine Turkey's policies in the region. The extent to which Ankara will accept these conditions will depend on future diplomatic negotiations. The report also stated that the two countries have 'quietly approved' Turkey's role in Syria.
Ahmed al-Shara, the leader of the Turkey-backed groups and head of the new Syrian government, had announced that they would 'restructure' their relations with regional countries. Shara's statements came after reports that Saudi Arabia would train the new Syrian army and security forces instead of Turkey.
However, Shara's stance toward Turkey remains uncertain. It had previously been reported that Turkey would train the new army to be established in Syria. Yet, in an interview with the Arab press, Shara stated that 'Saudi Arabia made a better offer.'

TURKEY WAS DEMANDING THE DISMANTLING OF THE YPG AND SDF
However, Turkey's stance toward PKK-linked groups in Syria has caused tension with the US. Ankara was demanding the dismantling of the YPG, the Syrian branch of the PKK, and its political wing, the SDF.
Turkey also aims to restructure the control of oil fields in Syria. These fields are seen as an important source of income for the reconstruction of Syria. The YPG/PKK controls some of the richest oil deposits in the country.
On the other hand, Turkey's activities in Syria have also drawn the attention of other actors in the region. Russia and Iran are reviewing the strategies they will follow regarding Turkey's increasing influence.
