UK calls on its citizens to 'leave Lebanon'
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy stated that they discussed the rising tensions in Lebanon during a phone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and issued a call saying, "My message to British nationals in Lebanon is to leave while commercial options remain available."

We discussed the need for a negotiated solution to restore stability and security along the Blue Line,” he said.
Sending a message to British nationals in Lebanon, Lammy stated, "They should leave the country while commercial options remain available. Tensions are high and the situation could deteriorate rapidly."
