As Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip continue, US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller stated that the US State Department has launched various investigations into war crimes allegedly committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip, but has not yet reached a conclusion that the IDF has violated international humanitarian law in its war against Hamas.
Miller said, "We have a number of different experts in our bureaus who are looking at the facts, looking at their compliance with international law, and making assessments.
These assessments are ongoing. We have not yet reached a conclusion that Israel has violated international humanitarian law, but we have ongoing assessments on a number of different fronts."
