US military announces lifting of blockade on Iranian ports
In a statement from the US Central Command (CENTCOM), it was stated, "In accordance with the instructions of President Donald Trump, US forces have lifted the blockade on all maritime traffic entering and exiting Iranian ports and coastal regions."

The statement, which noted that US forces are no longer obstructing the passage of ships traveling to or from the ports in question, included the phrase, "All US military blockade activities have ended."
The statement further noted that US Navy ships currently in the region will remain in the vicinity to ensure that all terms of the agreement are complied with, implemented, and remain fully in effect.
