US offers $10 million reward list
The US has announced that it will offer cash rewards to individuals who provide information leading to the capture of certain high-ranking Iranian officials, most notably Mojtaba Khamenei, the new supreme leader of Iran.
In a statement released on social media by the "Rewards for Justice" program under the US Department of State, it was stated that a reward of up to 10 million dollars will be given to those who provide information leading to the capture of the identified individuals.
The statement included the following: "Report to us. The information you provide could help you earn a reward and benefit from relocation opportunities."
The post featured the names and photographs of Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, Deputy Head of the Office of the Supreme Leader Ali Asghar Hejazi, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi, advisor to former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani, Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni, and Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib. In addition to these names, the post also listed titles for individuals whose identities have not yet been confirmed, including the Secretary of the Iranian Defense Council, Advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader, Head of the Military Office of the Supreme Leader, and Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
