Evaluating Iran's nuclear capacity, Trump claimed that the Tehran administration would not be able to make progress in this area under current conditions.
Arguing that hardline leaders will take a step back, Trump stated that the US goal is to reach a new agreement with Iran and that the process will continue in this direction.
Highlights from Trump's statements are as follows:
The US will need to reclaim the nuclear dust from Iran's destroyed nuclear facilities. Iran does not have the technology to do this.
The hardline leaders in Iran will give up. I will keep working with them until we make a deal.
I may renew the Freedom Project, but the US Navy guiding ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz would only be one part of the project.
