US Representative Witkoff visits Israeli outpost in Gaza: 'To be conducted without US military presence'
US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, visited an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) outpost in the Gaza Strip.
Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander of US Central Command (CENTCOM), who accompanied Witkoff, stated, "There will be no US military personnel on the ground in the coordination of activities aimed at ensuring stability."
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) shared footage of the visit by US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, and US Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander Admiral Brad Cooper to an Israeli military outpost in the Gaza Strip.
Israeli army radio announced that Israeli Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir accompanied Witkoff during the visit.

"STABILITY WILL BE ENSURED"
In a statement following the visit, Admiral Cooper said, "I have returned from a visit where we clarified how we will establish a civil and military cooperation coordination center in Gaza under the leadership of CENTCOM.
The center will coordinate activities aimed at ensuring stability after the war," he stated.
Cooper further added, "This major effort will be conducted without any US military personnel on the ground."
