Making statements regarding the latest developments in Syria, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said, "The PKK is a threat to Turkey. At the same time, we want to avoid the flare-up of other conflicts."
Speaking about the presence of ISIS in the region, Blinken stated, "The Syrian Democratic Forces are critical in keeping ISIS at bay."
On the other hand, Blinken also announced that he would meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Turkey.
