War alert: Israel closes its airspace

Tensions in the region have risen dangerously after US President Donald Trump announced that they had carried out airstrikes on three critical nuclear facilities in Iran: Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan. Following this development, Israel has implemented extraordinary security measures across the country.

In a statement issued by the Israel Airports Authority, it was announced that the country's airspace has been closed to all flights. The statement noted that land border crossings via Egypt and Jordan will remain open.

MILITARY ON HIGH ALERT

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that strict measures have been taken across the country against a possible Iranian retaliation. According to the official statement, educational institutions have been closed indefinitely, while public meetings and events have been banned. Only businesses providing essential services will be allowed to remain open.

Military officials have asked the public to stay near shelters and follow emergency directives.

BLOODY CONFLICT ON THE IRAN-ISRAEL FRONT

Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran on June 13. The attacks targeted Iran's nuclear infrastructure and military command chain. Iranian sources announced that the Chief of General Staff, the Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guards, high-ranking officers, and 9 nuclear scientists lost their lives in the attacks.

In a statement on June 21, the Iranian Ministry of Health reported that 430 civilians had lost their lives and more than 3,500 people had been injured as a result of Israel's attacks.

The Israeli side also suffered heavy losses in the retaliatory attacks launched by Iran. The Israeli Prime Minister's Office announced that 24 people were killed and 1,272 people were injured in the attacks carried out by the Iranian military.
