What's next, 'a minute of silence on the anniversary of Hitler's death'?

Israel has reacted sharply to the United Nations (UN) Security Council holding a 1-minute moment of silence for Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his delegation, who lost their lives in a helicopter crash yesterday.

"IT HAS BECOME A DANGER TO WORLD PEACE"

In a video message, Israel's Permanent Representative to the UN Gilad Erdan said, "The UN Security Council stood in silence today in memory of Iranian President Raisi, a mass murderer responsible for the slaughter of thousands.

This body, which has made no effort to rescue our hostages, bowed its head today for a man responsible for the deaths of thousands in Iran, Israel, and around the world.

What will happen next in the Security Council? A minute of silence on the anniversary of Hitler's death? The Security Council has become a danger to world peace," he said.
