Forbes magazine has announced its ranking of the world's richest people. Bernard Arnault reclaimed the title of the 'world's richest person,' which he had lost to Elon Musk in June.
Forbes magazine has announced the world's richest people. Bernard Arnault, chairman of the luxury goods group LVMH, which includes the Louis Vuitton brand, took the top spot on the list with a fortune of 205.8 billion dollars.
THE TOP SPOT CHANGED
Arnault had lost this title in June to Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX. Musk came in second with a net worth of 204.2 billion dollars.
These two names were followed by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with 179.9 billion dollars, Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison with 142.6 billion dollars and Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of the American company Meta, with fortunes of 138.8 billion dollars.
Berkshire Hathaway holding company chairman Warren Buffett appeared in the top ten list with a fortune of 125.9 billion dollars, while Microsoft founder Bill Gates was listed with 122.8 billion dollars.
