Zelenskyy: No elections will be held in territories not under Ukrainian control
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a document regarding cooperation between Ukraine and Portugal on the production of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) during the official visit of Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro to the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
