Russia alleges 'chemical weapons were used'

Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, claimed that the Ukrainian army used chemical weapons to poison food supplies.

Russia alleges 'chemical weapons were used'

In his speech at the 3rd Congress of Young Scientists, Kirillov made statements regarding the Russia-Ukraine War.

"DETECTED 17 TIMES"

Claiming that the Ukrainian army used chemical weapons during the war, Kirillov stated, "It has been detected 17 times that the Ukrainian Armed Forces used chemical weapon components to poison food supplies during the special military operation. This resulted in the deaths of at least 15 people."

Kirillov said that the chemical components in question are expensive and are produced in only one country.
