106 irregular migrants, including 43 children, apprehended off the coast of Ayvacık

Coast Guard North Aegean Group Command teams identified irregular migrants in 3 different areas off the coast of the Ayvacık district.

A total of 106 irregular migrants, including 43 children, were apprehended inside moving rubber boats by Coast Guard vessels 'KB-20', 'KB-111', and 'TCSG-6'.

Following the processing of their paperwork, the irregular migrants were handed over to the Repatriation Center in the Ayvacık district.
