Murat Pınar appointed as Chairman of the Board at Teknosa

A high-level appointment has taken place at Teknosa, a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding. The company announced that Murat Pınar, who possesses many years of experience in strategy and transformation, will begin his role as Chairman of the Board effective September 1.

A graduate of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Karadeniz Technical University, Pınar received his MBA degree from the London School of Commerce & University of Wales. Pınar, who began his professional career at Siemens in 1998, served as the field operations director responsible for 13 countries at Nokia NSN between 2005 and 2010.

Joining Enerjisa in 2010, Murat Pınar held various senior management positions in the Başkent, AYEDAŞ, and Toroslar distribution regions. Pınar became the General Manager of Enerjisa Distribution Companies in 2015 and the Head of the Enerjisa Energy Distribution Business Unit in 2016.

Serving as the CEO of Enerjisa Enerji from November 2019 to July 2026, Pınar also held the position of Chairman of the Board at Eşarj during the same period. Appointed as the Head of Strategic Investments at Sabancı Holding as of August 1, 2026, Pınar continues his board duties at Sabancı Group companies.
