The U.S.Ambassador to Turkey and Donald Trump'sSpecial Envoy for Syria Tom Barrack recently spoke to Greece'sKathimerini newspaper Manolis Kostidis. He answered his questions.
"The best system for Turkey is the Ottoman millet system," he said, and also assigned a role to Izmir. "For me,
Izmir is a place where Jews, M uslims, and Christians live together, a place where these communities are blended into one." example. This is a situation that should exist all over the world and in the MiddleEast. In my opinion, Turkey could be the center pointof all these," he said.
He also stated that "the post-1919 nation-state models themselvesposed an obstacle in terms of designingthe Mediterranean forthemselves."
So, from whom might Tom Barack be getting the courageto interfere in our region and to take on the role of definingour constitutional regime?From us, as a nation, of course.
Isn't Lausanne our identity of independence? Yes. But let us remember;
in the 1970s, Necmettin Erbakan was the one who... What did he say about Lausanne;
"The Treaty of Lausanne is a game to eliminate the Muslims," he said.
Erbakan, who said this, of course, did not stop there. On the May 19,1978 National YouthDayceremony,he did not go to Anıtkabir. He did not go to Anıtkabir, but he practically ran to the Saudis. During the NationalStruggle, pointing to the Saudis who stabbed the OttomanEmpire in the back, he used the followingsentence;“Our path is the path of the Saudis,” he said. He rejected the identity we gained at Lausanne.
In the 80s, Terror
wasterrorist organization PKK was founded. Towards the 1990sTurgut Özal becameprime minister. He spoke ofa federation.
But a federation wasthe first step toward disintegration.
Following this, this time, Welfare Party Deputy Chairman Abdullah Gemerged.On December 9, 1992, hespoke at the Ankara Diyanet Foundationconference hall againstTurkishness, saying;“The phrase
‘How happy is the one who says I am aTurk’holding onto it and writing it everywhere, Turkey has actuallyturned into a primitivestate.I find theemergence of concepts like the Second Republic and Neo-Ottomanism, and these debates, to be verydeliberate.healthy Isee it.."
In 1994, the European Uniondefined Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople as the 'Head of the Byzantine State'. Would Bartholomew just sit idle? In his firststatement, hemade remarks directed at Turkey.
He said, "We do not recognizeLausanne."
Welfare Party Deputy Chairman Abdullah Gül, of course, could notcontain himself and gave the following statement to Posta newspaper this time;
"Theend of the Republic has come in Turkey. Definitely, the secular system as wellwe want to change!..
What did he mean? The reason was simple. While we thought these men were pilgrims, their true colors weresh owing.
It did not end there.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who was the Istanbul Provincial Chairman of the Welfare Party at the time, also did not fall behind these speakers and, in an interview with a journalist, used the following expressions:
''There are 27 ethnic groups in Turkey,are living. Their existence must be recognized. Theses such as 'Turkey belongs to the Turks' are wrong.” “Kurds may say we want to live separately..”. In this case, perhaps something similar to the Ottoman provincial system could be implemented.”
And then, these people came to power.

On November 3, 2002, under the leadership of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the AKP received 34% of the vote and came to power. The next day, Erdoğansent a letteron November 4, 2002, to U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitzto express hisgratitude;
"For this aidof yours and your past friendshipwith my country,thank youverymuch."
What did it mean? what is this now?
Did Erdoğanreceive help from the USin theelections, I wonder?
Anyway. We cannot know that for sure, but shortly after the electionsalmost 11 months ago, US National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, whilecalling Turkey a“perfect model for theIslamicWorld”on May 7the day of 2002was when Paul Wolfowitz'sstatements appearedin the newspapers;
“Turkey is the Muslim world'smodel is an example.”
And on April 2, 2003, the then-Minister of Foreign AffairsAbdullah Gülsigned a 9-point secret agreement with the visiting US Secretary of StateColin Powell. The articles of the agreement were disastrous, but there was one that was beyond disastrous. And that was this;
"The amnesty law will beexpanded to include PKK leaders. Turkey will transition to a federation through a plan to be implemented."
Colin Powell, on the other hand, whe continued by sayingthat;
“In Iraq, there will also bean Islamic Republic like the one in Turkey, and Sharia Law, the Law of the Quran, will be one of the fundamental sources of legislation.”
In other words, in summary, our secular regime will bedismantled, the country would be torn apart, returning to the Ottomansystem, and like Arab countries, Turkey would bedrowning in a vortex of problems with regimes lost on the dusty shelvesof history.Turkey.
Abdullah Gül then became President.Beyond us, the rest of the world was quite pleased. America was pleased. Europe was pleased. rejoiced. Even the Greeksrejoiced. The Times asked: "Is anIslamist future awaiting Turkey?"
But there was one more person who rejoiced: "The Mustafa Kemal Republic is finished. The solution is the Ottomanmodel," he said. This person was Abdullah It was Öcalanwho was speaking from his cellin İmralı. And he was also giving adviceto Turkey.
CIA Ankara Station Chief Graham Fuller appearedthis time. Hegave Turkey a dressing down; "End to Kemalism!. Be proud of the Ottoman Empire, be a follower of Fethullah," he said.
Good heavens.
That wasn't enough, the US Department of State Policy Planning Staff dofficial and CIA Turkey experta official named Prof. Dr. Henry Bakerfrom Turkey, demanded that “amendments be made to the Constitution,local governments be strengthened, anda proper amnesty be issued for the PKK,” and finallyuttered the following insultingwords;
“The Turkish Armedthe Armed Forces realized they could not defeat the PKK.."
And we have always formed alliances with these people.
Actually, we did not form an alliance; wehanded over our administration. Because they imposedand we implemented.
In the first week of April 2009, American President Barack Obama came to our country. And he issued a series of orders: "An amnesty for the PKKshould be enacted," Turkey should be a model for Islamic countries and Middle Easterncountries, and America could easily rein in these countries with a system similar to the Ottoman caliphate,' he said.Unfortunately, he said.
Unfortunately, he said.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu went to Washington again around those dates.
He gave an interview to Jackson Diehl, a columnist for the American newspaper Washington Post,and in his statement, citing the Commonwealth of Nations established by the United Kingdom as an example, he suggested that Turkey could also [revisit] its former Ottomanlands that it could establish leadership overhesaid. According to the journalist'sstatements,ForeignMinister Ahmet Davutoğlu's dream was an "Ottoman Commonwealth."

If a citizen were to say these things, then the State's current Constitutional regime would alsoto change it, they goto prison. They get a life sentence for the rest of their lives. But when these men say it, nothing happens. On the contrary, theirwords are put into practice.
Oh, and also Noam Chomsky appearedas a sociologist.
America's shadow spokesperson. When he said thesewords, he received great appreciationin our country for some reason;
“One of the good aspects of the OttomanEmpire, which is the Bwithin the framework ofRegional Autonomy and as part ofbroader federations,whereKurdslivein thewill be able to gain regional autonomy status,” he said.
And so much more. The list is endless. It is impossible to understandwhose land they are giving to whom.America iscutting out a pair of underwear for us from over there,
and we are hereputting on that underwear.
And now, Tom Barrack emergedon the scene. He stated that the post-1919 Nation-State model was an obstacle forthem.He said,“The best system for Turkey is the Ottomanmillet system.”
Fine, they they are striving toget our countryout of this, but what is happening to our own people?
Let me tell youimmediately whathappened; ifyou come to power with the help of America, your legitimacyis If you take from America, you naturally become a member of America. You areforced to work andyou are forced to carry out its orders.
Youcan see it. Imperialism is wrapping its tentacles around youlike an octopus. Their only goal is the Nation you possess
State model. And Atatürk's greatest gift toyou. They are not attacking this model for no reason. If the Nation-State collapses, the countrycollapses. And you will be left underneath it.
Do not forget, the country's only way out is the Nation-State model. That wTherefore, stay away from America and itscollaboratorsand membersin Turkey.
What did Atatürk say? Let us remember once more: "Gentlemen, know well that the Republic of Turkey sheikhs,
dervishes, members and FOLLOWERS cannot be a country; the mosttrue, the mostreal path is the path of civilization.”
