How Happy... Germany is entrusted to Turks: A brief chat about Elif Eralp, Morris Katz, Mamdani, AfD, Israel, and Turkishness

Turkey is an interesting country. The nation tore itself apart with debates over 'Turk' versus 'person from Turkey.' Then, for some reason, our people took pride in the success of a lady who is no longer 'from Turkey' but a German citizen (in other words, German, or let's just say 'German' for simplicity). Our country's leftists were especially happy. The winning candidate was applauded with great pleasure. The Left Party (Die Linke) took Berlin, and the winner was Elif Eralp. 

Different segments looked for different reasons to be proud. Was Elif Eralp Alevi? The family is socialist, and Die Linke is not exactly a bad leftist party. At least it is more 'left' than the Social Democrats. Fortunately, Elif Eralp is Circassian. It makes one want to make oneself a candidate in Turkey: 'The Winning Candidate'. 

Why did our people feel proud? Because a Turk won? Oh, how could that be? She is German. A German of Circassian descent? Or a German from the Circassians of Turkey? Or a Circassian from Turkey who is now German? The 'Woke' mentality gets lost in the labyrinth of 'ethnic' origin to avoid being 'nationalist'. 

One must congratulate Ms. Elif. She is a successful politician who was born in Germany as soon as her family migrated and was educated in Germany. Despite being a Circassian/Turk/person from Turkey and her parents being a socialist couple who migrated from their country for political reasons, she became the voice of Germans/people in Germany and was finally elected. 

The Woke mentality is so tiresome that the Wokeists (let's call them 'Cultural Leftists' for convenience) lynched Elif Eralp. What was it... They claimed she was antisemitic, a Jew-hater. Ms. Elif was labeled a Jew-hater because she condemned Israel's oppression of the Palestinian people, especially the violent acts of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). 

Just at this moment, developments that will cast a shadow over the success in Berlin, the leftist heart of Germany, are taking place. The AfD (Alternative for Germany) is rising. It is said that a coalition government without the AfD is now impossible. Our cultural leftists are very upset about this situation. They accuse the AfD of being entirely Nazism. However, the AfD is an accumulation, a gathering... Anti-EU and anti-Brussels sentiment, anti-neoliberalism, xenophobia, antisemitism, anti-left/communism/socialism, and Islamophobia are intertwined and come together in the AfD. In essence, the AfD corresponds to a reaction cluster of broad segments of the public against various types of threats and dangers (though almost all of them are 'foreign-rooted'). Since social democrats, Christian democrats, greens, and the left cannot embrace the public's discomfort, the AfD, which allows for practice and singular reactions rather than making politically consistent and positive claims, is rising. 

Let us think seriously. How is this reaction correct? The German people carried the EU on their backs; the German people were forced to submit and were taken over through the experience of World War II and Nazism. They became the financier and hitman of the war against Russia. They were turned into servants of Israel. 

The German people have been so crushed that those who want to become German citizens have been forced to defend the existence of Israel in their oaths of allegiance in many states since 2024. It may seem reasonable to want Nazism and Antisemitism to be condemned due to Germany's past. But Israel is another state... Being forced to defend another state... I think it is clear that this goes beyond the fight against racism. It should have been calculated that such intense submission would create a reaction. 

Yes, the leftist/socialist Elif Eralp is being accused of Jew-hatred. It is unbelievable. Elif Eralp, who reacts to nationalism, is mentioned in Turkey as a source of pride due to her origin by people who are reactive to nationalism and especially to Turkishness. 

I am baffled by those who accuse Elif Eralp of Jew-hatred. However, if they looked at Ms. Elif's advisor, they would see how wrong this accusation is. Morris Katz, who makes a living as a political consultant for the Democratic Party in the US, is advising Elif Eralp. He is a true kingmaker... After all, he was also the advisor to New York City Mayor Mamdani. A 'person from Turkey,' an Indian/Ugandan, and a Jew... Are the Middle East and Asia the hope of humanity? No matter how much we take pride in our geography, it is not enough.

Speaking of pride. One cannot help but feel proud. We are everywhere. We are with everyone. Let us remind our cultural leftists, who are curious about identities but very sensitive, of another source of 'national' pride. Since the AfD and Die Linke are rising in Germany, one must see that there will be a need to protect Germany's establishment and Constitution. Who will protect the Constitution? Of course, another 'person from Turkey.' If Die Linke (The Left Party) returns to its roots and turns to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat instead of liberal democracy, or if the nightmare of the cultural left comes true and the AfD revives Nazism, Sinan Selen, the President of the German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, will roll up his sleeves and save Germany. Germany is entrusted to Turks (pardon, 'people from Turkey').
