Searching for the state amidst calls for the Caliphate...

Is it not a crime to seek the abolition of the constitutional order, to organize for this purpose, to issue calls for it, and to take action? 

The state cannot adopt a stance based on the 'content' of the crime committed by those aiming to abolish the constitutional order, nor can it stretch or shrink the law like a rubber band depending on the person...

If you arrest someone for throwing a punch because they are 'secular,' but let them go when they are a caliphate supporter, you cannot protect the constitutional order.

What should be said about those who walk the streets shouting 'We want the Caliphate,' those who promise the crowds they gather that 'we will bring the Caliphate,' and those who consider themselves the 'truest Muslims' simply because they carry Arabic flags? 

Demanding the Caliphate means tearing down the load-bearing columns of the Republic of Turkey. 

It is a desire to abolish the constitutional order. 

It is the Constitution and the laws that protect the state and ensure its continuity. The Republic's prosecutors and law enforcement agencies are authorized to protect the state by remaining loyal to the constitution. 

The AKP has demolished this perception, this system, and this way of thinking. 

When the government itself is the one that weakens the state and its institutions, and places FETÖ and its derivatives and collaborators into the state's protective reflexes and load-bearing columns, you find yourself searching for the state with a candle...

We are experiencing the consequences of the erosion the AKP has caused in the state. 

Remember; when the conspiracy cases against the Turkish Armed Forces began, the TSK also experienced a similar 'eclipse,' and as a result of the 'wait and see' approach, especially in the command echelon, FETÖ reached the power to take over the country and stage a coup.

Those who wanted the Caliphate were the religious profiteers who collaborated with the British while the country was being watered with Muslim blood under enemy boots. 

For them, the occupation did not matter. They preferred to surrender rather than resist, to be slaves to imperialism. It was enough for them that the British ensured the continuity of the Caliphate and the Sultanate, that is, their own interest organizations...

While the national struggle was ongoing, and Mustafa Kemal Pasha and the heroes were giving their lives to save the country from enemy occupation, their concern was still the Caliphate... They followed the British and rebelled many times. The flags carried on the streets today were in the hands of those who rebelled against the national forces fighting for liberation in those days.

Turkey is under a great threat from hundreds of thousands of 'misfits,' counter-revolutionaries, and organized ignorance that have been specifically funneled into every corner of the country. 

These structures have joined hands with groups inside the country that are hostile to Atatürk's Turkey. 

Anyone who defends enlightenment, democracy, and the law against the darkness of the Middle Ages does not need another threat to stand shoulder to shoulder. 

Without ifs or buts, if politicians—especially regarding elections—are 'getting in the way,' Turkey's enlightenment forces must come together at the grassroots level, on the streets, and at the ballot box.
