Prime Video has begun filming a new documentary, Arda Turan: The Confrontation, which focuses on Arda Turan, one of the most successful Turkish footballers on the international stage.
Arda Turan: The Confrontation will be the newest addition to Prime Video's collection of documentaries about successful names and teams in the sports world, joining titles such as Lewandowski-Unknown, Giannis: The Phenomenal Journey, Kelce, All or Nothing: Arsenal, All or Nothing: Manchester City, and Bayern Munich-Behind the Legend.
'I EXPLAINED MYSELF WRONG AND SOMETIMES I WAS MISUNDERSTOOD'
In a post about the documentary, Arda Turan wrote: "I am Arda Turan. I have experienced great happiness in this life, I have achieved countless successes; I have rejoiced, I have been saddened, I have laughed, I have cried. I have loved deeply, and I have been loved very much. I explained myself wrong and sometimes I was misunderstood. This is not a documentary that only tells of my successes and mistakes. This is the story of my confrontation with myself. Together with everything that makes me who I am, and everyone who makes me who I am."
Arda Turan: The Confrontation will focus on the self-confrontation of Arda Turan, one of the most talented, beloved, and equally controversial Turkish footballers of his era.
In the documentary, viewers will witness the triumphs, challenges, and determined spirit of a successful footballer, while also discovering his mistakes and confessions about his career.
The documentary will examine the ups and downs of Arda Turan's life both on and off the pitch, presenting the Arda Turan behind the headlines in an unprecedented way.
