Accompanied by violin, cello, and occasionally piano, the concert, which will feature only two musicians, promises a rich musical experience.

Most of his albums have been awarded Platinum and Gold records; his latest album, My World, topped the classical charts in the United Kingdom.

He has collaborated with many major stars of the rock world, including Sir Paul McCartney, Kate Bush, The Who, Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant, Donovan, John Lord, Talk Talk, Jeff Beck, and Ian Dury.

Beata Urbanek-Kalinowska, who has also appeared as a cellist on many of Nigel Kennedy's album recordings and has been performing concerts with him for a long time, graduated with honors from the Krakow Academy of Music.

In addition to her work as an academic currently teaching chamber music, Kalinowska organizes masterclasses on chamber music and cello in different countries around the world. Since 2014, Kalinowska has been the cellist for the Messages Quartet, which is considered one of the most interesting string quartets of its generation.
