Uğur Yücel goes on a Turkey tour with 'Neyzen'
The play 'Neyzen', starring Uğur Yücel, is preparing for a tour of Turkey in the new year.
'Neyzen', which brought Uğur Yücel back to the theater stage after many years, continues to be performed without slowing down in the new year.
The play, which has been sold out since last season, will meet theater lovers in different cities across Turkey in January and February.
Written by Uğraş Güneş, directed by Can Yücel, and starring Uğur Yücel, the play tells the life story, world, and friends of Neyzen Tevfik through anecdotes, satires, and poems.
The play will be performed for the first time in the new year on January 18 at the CKM in Istanbul, and will subsequently be performed in Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Adana, Gaziantep, Diyarbakır, and Van, respectively.
